For in person cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the conference date (before or on February 19th end of business day) will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 9 - 5 days of the conference will incur a 30% fee processing fee. No refunds for cancellations will be given within 4 days of the conference.
No cancellation fees for virtual due to the event being recorded.
