Submit your Photo for the NMBTF 2024 Calendar!

The NM Breastfeeding Task Force, partnered with NMDOH WIC, is putting together the 2024 Calendar featuring families, nursing parents and their infants/children of all ages. We need pumping parents too! Families who are selected to be part of the calendar will receive their own free copy.

How to Submit a Photo

1: Complete the Photo Submission Form and the Consent/Permission Photo Release form.

2: Download and complete DOH photo release form and attach to the Photo Submission Form.

3. Upload photo(s).
