2021 Annual Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Opportunities

Note: All conference sponsors and exhibitors must be WHO Code Compliant. 

This event will be held entirely virtually. Attendees will be mailed a welcome bag after the event.

Terms and Conditions Continued Ancillary Promotional Activities: Advertisements and promotional materials may not be displayed or distributed in the educational space immediately before, during or after a CME activity. Exhibitor staff may attend an educational activity but may not engage in sales activities during the educational presentation. 

Acknowledgment: Exhibitors must be acknowledged as exhibitors and not commercial supporters. Liability: Neither NMBTF,  Presbyterian Healthcare Services nor any of the involved companies (audio/visual, support, etc.) will accept liability for any items in the virtual exhibit area at any time. Exhibitor understands and agrees that, for the safety of conference attendees, exhibitor shall not perform many procedures on or provide any services to conference attendees that are either invasive or ar customarily performed in a practitioner's office.

Attendees will be mailed a welcome bag. Any welcome bag inserts or promotional material must be submitted to nina@breastfeedingnm.org by February 21st.

Notice of cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to the NM Breastfeeding Task Force at least two weeks prior to the conference or the full exhibit fee will be charged to the organization named above. There is a $40 service charge on all cancellations.
