LGBTQ+ Lactation Love Zine
The New Mexico Breastfeeding Task Force is pleased to announce we are accepting entries for our online/printed zine “Lactation Love: Human Milk Feeding In LGBTQ+ Families” – Entries will be accepted from June 2 - September 21st, 2023 and artists may submit a maximum of three works. The call for entries is open to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) individuals. We are seeking artwork, photography, poetry, and non-fiction writing that expresses authentic and diverse viewpoints from the LGBTQ+ experience on human milk feeding. Applicants are encouraged to show us what being an LGBTQ+ person who provides human milk for your baby means to them and express what their Pride looks like.

Prepare digital images for submission.
- Submissions:
- All entries will be juried by digital format. Digital files must meet the following specifications:
- Files must be in JPEG or PNG format with resolution of 300 dpi with the longest dimension being no more than 6” and saved at maximum quality level. • Images should be clear and in focus. This represents your work and how it is displayed online. • Watermarked images will not be accepted.
- Written submissions should be submitted in a PDF format.
